ANNOUNCEMENTS
SEND OFF You may of heard that Thomas Malejko will be leaving for his appointment to the United States Military Academy at West Point at the end of June. We will send him off with a special service on Sunday, June 25 th . The Rev. (Deacon) Jacques Girard, Port Chaplain for the Seamen's Institute, will be our guest speaker at the 8:00 and 10:00 am services. If you are a present, or former, member of the Armed Services, you are welcomed to wear your uniform to worship on the 25 th . We will wish Thomas godspeed and the blessings of his entire community.
SAFETY FIRST Although the front steps of the church are completed, the new railings will not be installed for several more weeks. Please continue to arrive at church by the driveway on Moore Street and enter through the side sacristy door. Your safety is our first concern!
WE WELCOME the newest member of the St. James' family. Born to Nicole and Brian Keane is Courtney Marisa Keane, who made her appearance on June 3rd. Congratulations to the Keane Family.
FATHER'S DAY HAM DINNER Saturday, June 17 th from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM in the Parish Hall. (Donation: Adults $12.00 Seniors $10.00 Children (under 10) $8.00). In order to determine the approximate number of attendees, please take a ticket from the basket in the Parish Hall for each person in your family or group that will attend. If you would like to volunteer your services for an hour or two for this event, please contact Barbara White 732.644.7499 or barbarawhite_7@msn.com.
NURSERY CARE COORDINATOR St. James' is looking for an individual to coordinate nursery care starting in September. If you are interested, or have any questions about what is involved, please speak with Cheryl Crisp, Cathy Deats or call the office.
FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE is selling Domino's Pizza Cards for $10. You can enjoy some pizza and support St. James' at the same time. Please speak with Tom Kimpland or Barbara White.
RECYCLING We are collecting cell phones only (not the chargers, cases, etc) and computer printer cartridges (please no cartridges for copiers) for recycling. In addition, you can shop on-line with many fine retailers and raise funds for St. James'. Speak with Linda Miller if you have any questions, and go to igive.com for details.
