ANNOUNCEMENTS EASTER FLOWER OFFERING ENVELOPES are available in the back of the church. Envelopes may be placed in the offering plate, or mailed to the office. All envelopes must be received no later than Sunday, April 1 st . COFFEE HOUR VOLUNTEERS are needed to help with set-up and clean-up and also to donate baked goods. Please be certain to sign-up in the Chapel , so that we can plan appropriately. Coffee Hour takes place after both the 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM services in the chapel. Please join us for fellowship following the service. Coffee Hour procedures are posted in the Chapel and Mitcham House kitchen. Questions, please speak with Ellen Infante. EASTER CANDY SALE has begun. All candy orders are due no later than, March 25th . Payment is due at time of order. If you would like to help, or have any questions, please speak with Barbara White or Ellen Infante. Orders will be available for pick-up on Saturday, April 7th . THE FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE MEETING The next meeting of the Fundraising Committee will be April 19 th at 7:30 PM in the Mitcham House. LENTEN QUIET MORNING On March 31 st from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Church, followed by light lunch. Rev. James Warnke will present "Holy Week for Ordinary People". We will prepare for Easter by praying the journey of those seven days. Please call the office (908.852.3968), if you plan on attending. COMMUNICATIONS was one of the major themes of our recent Vestry Retreat. You have probably noticed some recycled art show display boards transformed into news centers in the chapel and church. Another initiative is coordination of our news between the Journal, website, and weekly bulletin announcements. Effective immediately, we have one email address for all bulletin announcements, Journal articles, and information to the Website. Please use news4stjames@comcast.net . Put the address in your email address book today! PARISH HALL is officially shut-down. Bathroom facilities are available in the Mitcham House. ALUMINUM CAN FUNDRAISER aluminum cans are being collected. Any type of aluminum can is acceptable.
