ANNOUNCEMENTS HOLY BAPTISM We welcome Emma Belle Guidera, daughter of Nicole & Scott Guidera into the household of God in Holy Baptism. SHROVE TUESDAY PANCAKE SUPPER , Tuesday, February 20 th from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at Christ Church in Budd Lake. Please come and share in the fellowship! Donations will be accepted in support of St. James'. This is the first of many events we hope to host at Christ Church while we are under construction. ENCOUNTERING NATIVE SPIRITUALITY An evening with The Rt. Rev. Carol Gallagher, 7:00 PM, March 6, 2007($15). Light refreshments provided. Bishop Gallagher is the first American Indian (Cherokee) female bishop in the Episcopal Church and the first indigenous female bishop in the world-wide Anglican Communion. Those who wish to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation should contact the office immediately. COFFEE HOUR Coffee Hour after both the 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM services will continue in the chapel. Please join us for fellowship following the service. Coffee Hours volunteers are needed for the next couple of weeks, please sign-up in Chapel or speak with Ellen Infante. DIOCESAN CONVENTION REPORT Today! Each convention representative will give a brief report, after each service, on their experience at convention. Please join us to learn about the plans and actions of the Diocese of Newark. SPONSORS for Altar Flowers, Sanctuary Candle and Spiritual Bouquet are still needed. Please consider being a flower sponsor one Sunday. We still need a flower donor for May 6. Please call the office if you would like to sponsor the flowers on this date. ALUMINUM CAN FUNDRAISER aluminum cans are being collected for the Ministries and Missions of St. James'. Any type of aluminum can is acceptable. Cans should be crushed and deposited in the collection container (trash can) behind the Mitcham House.
