ANNOUNCEMENTS WELCOME St. James' once again welcomes The Rev. Abby Hamilton who is worshipping with us this morning. Her presence is always a joy! SHROVE TUESDAY PANCAKE SUPPER AT IHOP! Come and celebrate the end of feasting and entering into the fasting of Lent On Tuesday, February 5, at the IHOP on Mountain Avenue in Hackettstown. The St. James' crowd will gather anytime between 5 and 8 PM, so join us. IHOP will donate 20% of your pancake purchase to the church! See Barbara White for any details! LENTEN BIBLE STUDY beginning Wednesday, February 13 th and running throughout Lent in the Mitcham House from 7:00 to 8:00 PM. The study will be the reading of the Lectionary for the next Sunday. Any questions, contact Russ Worthington. FEBRUARY NEWSLETTER is available in the Narthex. Please pick-up your copy! ALTAR FLOWER DONOR is still needed for May 4 th . Please email, or call the office, if you are interested in being a flower donor on this date. SOUPER BOWL OF CARING While you prepare to cheer on your favorite team and watch kooky commercials on Super Bowl Sunday, why not help those in need in your community? Our youth group members will be standing at the back of church this morning with soup pots taking donations which will be sent to an outreach organization in this area. Thank you for your support! PAJAMA DRIVE is being held between now and Valentine's Day for needy children and adults in New Jersey. Please see flyer in Chapel. There is a blue container in the Narthex where you can leave your donations. Questions: Speak with Candy Brewster. SR. CHOIR For the months of January and February, Sr. Choir rehearsal is changing from Thursday night to Wednesday night 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM in the church. Choir rehearsal will return to Thursday nights beginning February 28 th . 2008 PLEDGE ENVELOPES for those who have requested them, are available in the Narthex. Please pick up your envelopes! Any questions, please call Linda in the church office (852.3968). FUNDRAISING COKE CAPS AND END FLAPS Please remember that we are saving the caps and fridge pack end flaps from all Coke products. We are able to turn these codes into Merchandise for our October Fundraising event. Thanks for your support. ALUMINUM CAN FUNDRAISER aluminum cans are being collected. Cans should be crushed and deposited in the trash can on the side of the Mitcham House.
